Master’s and doctorate courses
Student pre-registration
Period for students to pre-register for courses or to enroll in follow-up courses, with follow-up course enrollment being mandatory for students who do not enroll in any course. Every action confirmed by the student in this System generates an e-mail to the student as proof of the action taken. The regular enrollment period for each semester is available in the Janus System.
Advisor’s approval
Period for advisors to approve pre-registrations for courses and accept follow-up enrollments from their students. Pre-registration for courses or requests for follow-up enrollment that are not assessed by the respective advisor within this period will be automatically accepted.
Instructor approval
Period for course instructors to approve pre-registrations approved by their advisors. Pre-registration approved by the advisor that does not receive a response from the course instructor will be automatically accepted.
